Through our efforts we will create educational opportunities for urban farming by impacting food sovereignty, wellness, community engagement, and economic development.
PROGRAMS
Gardening Tools Checkout Program
The Metro Grows program makes gardening tools available for residents to borrow and offers workshops on how to use them. This is offered in partnership with the Metropolitan Library System and is free to OKC residents.
Literacy In The Garden Program
Spark a love of learning and healthy living with our Literacy in the Garden program. Children of all ages can explore the wonders of nature through engaging literature, art activities, and hands-on gardening experiences that promote healthy living.
Sunrise Work Party at The Lottie Lot
Join us for our monthly Sunrise Work Party at The Lottie Lot and contribute to a thriving community garden. Plant, harvest, and learn sustainable gardening techniques while fellowshipping with others. Check our calendar for upcoming gatherings.
Seed Surrogates
Become a Seed Surrogate and help nurture the next generation of plants! This program invites individuals and families to cultivate seedlings in their own homes or businesses.
Water Angels
Help us conserve water and protect our precious resources! Our Water Angels program engages community members in water-saving initiatives, such as rain barrel installation, efficient irrigation practices, and educational workshops.
